DO WE KNOW THAT FOR FACT....BONUS TO WHO....I think this weighs on the stock.....people know they diluted by 100% and the money for pp bought by insiders and they dont know who got the money? specifically....If the doors are locked and no one working on R&D and no evidence of contact with potential buyers....then this is wallpapering the Board of Directors
