Insider participation in the Placement includes $28,125 (500,000 Units) from Director, Stephen Petranek, $56,250 (1 million Units) from Director, Arch Meredith and $112,500 (2 million Units) from CEO, Paul McKenzie.

im surprised (not really) damdam, jamjam, and his other aliases and pals haven't attacked these insider purchases as some kind of sweetheart insider deal only available to friends and family!! Which would absolutely exclude him/them.
