software offerings and consumer products. The need to keep its Technology offerings relevant will require extensive 

experimental effort and can require significant investment. Customers may be hesitant to implement any new 

technologies developed without extensive and time-consuming testing

As we edge closer to commercialization, the statement says...  At September 30, 2023, the Company had no material off statement of financial position arrangements such as guarantee contracts, contingent interest in assets transferred to an entity, derivative instruments obligations or any obligations that trigger financing, liquidity, market, or credit risk to the Company.

Or in simple terms from when I was a kid. That boy ain't right. Meanwhile, on my screen NXO was up 25% to top the leaderboard. For those high on hopium.

I agree with Moe  Its not NXO that aint right with their 99% loss in share price and their 0$ in revenue since forever !  Its the shareholders who speak out on it.  Well Said moe !  From now on only positive posts allowed !

Again we have the DR defending the Wonderfull NXO company.  Who is the DR ? Bill ? Paul ? Rich ?  Who would defend such a horrible performing company ? Only someone with an obvious motive !  Follow the Money !

The stock has been a terrible investment if you've owned it for the last 3 years or however long you've owned it.  But YOU are defending owning millions of shares and losing millions of dollars.
