Sorry for my previous heading. Certainly explains why the insiders of this lame Board aren't buying. Mind you they can keep taking stock options 'cause they are doing such a stellar job.

So much for the growth strategy. I guess the four functioning satelites were for survival purposes. +16% y/y! At least NXX is still in "discussions" regarding western expansion whatever that means. Either the market has not readily accepted Buttbuster (and other offerings) or the Sales Team should be held accountable -  unless of course, their products are as underwhelming as this quarter is. I would be dumping if there was any market for the shares. Be sure to vote at the AGM this year - I will be.

It is appearing that our only real hope for a break is for a takeover.

I can't help but agree with you that the performance for the quarter is horrible. They may have filed on SEDAR but it certainly has not shown up there so far. They have not filed the results on their own web site. How lame is that?
