Okay Investor 4K , is buying Open Bet is the $ 1 Million dollar question, then maybe the $ 2 Million dollar question is what could happen to the share price after the announcement???

If it follows the same path as Amaya with the Rational/Poker Stars acquisition, then all of us longs will be doing a little happy dance...

Sometimes the acquire gets punished in the short term due to the debt or dilution  required to finance the deal?

Do you have an opinion if the transaction were to occur and NYX used debt to fund the deal? 
It seems like it might unlock a lot of value since NYX is in the public market and would immediately make them a much more attractive investment for Institutional investors and perhaps move them over to the Toronto Exchange of off the small board.

I have an average share price of about $2.88 US and have been holding on while upside down about 30% for the last 6-7 months now !

Willing to hold much longer as it appears they might be turning the corner...
