William Hill James Henderson on the Q4 2015 conference call said that they are not commenting on anything but that they are developping their back end platform and they would not comment on who they will partner in this option (NYX).  

NYX is really trying to acquired open bet, that is crystal clear to me, will they succeed, that's the 1 million dollar question.

Okay Investor 4K , is buying Open Bet is the $ 1 Million dollar question, then maybe the $ 2 Million dollar question is what could happen to the share price after the announcement??? If it follows the same path as Amaya with the Rational/Poker Stars acquisition, then all of us longs will be doing a little happy dance... Not much to post really on my part. Was thinking a deal was imminent but nothing came from the company this past Monday, given the news rumours. Is there something to it?  Likely, but how serious is the question? Was hoping NYX would come out with a PR confirming or denying without providing details. Nuttal would have more info than most on his board. He was surely talking about the openbet

1) the share price will sore, we are looking at valuation near 10 $ per share (Probably 7 $ right away and slowly climbing to 10). The hype surrounding the company after that will be very high.  2) NYX is worth at least 5-6 $ in a year WITHOUT the open bet acquisition. We could see a rise well north of 10-15 $ per share if Open Bet is acquired later this year !  3) My only concern is
