RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NYX Gaming Group Completes OpenBet AcquisitionThe clause on pref shares require this advancement by Sept 21st otherwise they can be converted at $2.75 (verse $4.00 if on big board).  

In other word they will be on big board by Sept 21st.
