First and foremost, they should invest their work in integrating Open Bet. That takes a LOT of work,and by buying *small* company...they don't focus on the main objective. Bad timing IMO
Secondly, they had a good sums of cash on hands, a margins of safety if something went south. Now, like Fro said, they have to execute flawlessly.
Look at what happen to Amaya, the CEO bought something big (unprecedented) and bought again and again and again futile company (most notably Victiv (Betstar)). The rest is history.
I don't want Matt Davey to do the same mistake. EXECUTE EXECUTE AND EXECUTE !!!
