New Investor With a Few Questions

New Investor With a Few Questions I've been reading the forums and sitting back for a while now. Yes this is my first post. I recently started my position in NYX a week ago. They caught my eye about 8 months ago while I saw them on BNN.  I have only been trading for a year now so as fast as I've been trying to learn there is a lot of lessons to be learnt. I exited my mj stock (cgc) today, I'm not here to claim any incredible investing skills on that. Any money dart thrown at that industry a year ago would have hit. But what it does now give me an opportunity to grow. I was thinking of essentially doubling my position here. I have read and know what a amazing company lies in front of us. Before investing more I was hoping you guys can fill in the current holes I'm missing in information.

What is the deal with concordia? Are they or were they a major share holder? Why would they be trying to hold the price down?

I thought the IPO was in the $3-$4 range? Is there outstanding warrants for the stock lower than the current price?

Any insight or links to good reading material would be appreciated.
