Revenues were quite good. What everyone did NOT know about was that the costs would balloon as much as the revenues. Sorry, but I don't believe that those "costs were already there." To me, it's more like empire building. 

Those costs are a product of accummulated purchases which should have been rationalized long before the OB purchase. Do you know how much the in house lawyer is costing? How about the costs associated with the new reorganization? Were those "already there?" The firm is still hiring people. Check the website. Not buying excuses. There can always be excuses. It's management's duty to deliver on profits at this point. Anything less is the pennies for NYX.

On a related note, massive short selling occurs with weak stocks deserve to be beaten down. When was the last time you saw a high flyer firm get shorted on a large scale? NYX is at this price level as the market/investors do not have confidence in management.

Q4 due out in April. Perhaps management should throw investors a bone and release preliminary unaudited Q4 numbers as AYA did ? NYX released preliminaries last Feb just after the short attack in IT.  That would be a nice start in transparency. Just a thought.
