Load Up Ahead of Eric Nuttall!!!

With Eric going on Market Call tomorrow time to load up on shares right here.  Finally get some positive chatter on NYX Gaming and end this downward spiral of negative commentary and sentiment.

I would just add techinically chart is finally starting to look a little better with the September downtrend line getting broken to the upside late last week.  With a weekly green candle on the chart for last week and testing the 50DMA at 1.20/share we get over that straight shot to 1.50/share.

Eric won't do anything for NYX pricing unless he purchases or sells a very big sum. Long term or medium term, he provides little boost. He simply allows some retail investors feel better about their purchase(s).  Bottom line..... Eric was also duped by NYX executive management just as other analysts were.   A hunch says Eric's office likely did not take too well to his Q3,Q4 ...more

WELL its possible that we may get some outside range volatility on the upside :) if any one shareholder has the attention of Matt Davey I would suggest it's Mr. Nuttall.  Nuttall has already fired a 250,000 share sale warning at management.  He has some good info Best case scenario he scoops some some positive info and market adjusts higher today and in future trade. Cryptologic went from $3-40 CDN in a few short years. Chartwell went from 2.50-11ish in about 3 years. Starnet/Worldgaming went from $3-24.50 USD in about 3 years. Gaming software stocks have very high margins once the platforms have been created.  I've made quite a bit off the three gaming stocks above including Amaya from its spike from 3-15. Also lost a bit as well but much more ...more

Accurate post "Stocks". Most of the people posting on here are blindly optimistic, its crazy. I'm long NYX and averaged in at $2.10, so not happy with how things have gone. To the guy who's buying more and has 20K shares, thats a ballsy move. I see that as gambling not investing at this point. We need to see the company lower their costs and if we dont, the stock will continue to ...more

JU16, 20 000 shares is a nice chunk to have. Not ballsy at all if you ask me. It's risky, yes but dependent on cost cutting. Risk reward at this level with a 1.50 cost basis is very attractive. Kudos to him. I'd need to double my portfolio of NYX to get my cost down to even meet your cost basis. I've been holding long since my first purchases and that in itself was dumb. Very ...more

Thanks stocksnbonds...I appreciate your comments. JU...yes, NYX is a higher risk name than most of my other holdings, and I'm overweight but it still only makes up about 7.4% of my invested portfolio FYI, I generally hold between 20 and 30 names). I also keep about 25% in additional monies in a high interest savings account that pays 2% per annum.  NYX was actually recommended to me by ...more

If it is sinister then maybe it started Nov 15th when a pretty darn good Q3 came out with debt that everyone already knew about and costs that were already there and for some reason massive selling filling short orders started.

Revenues were quite good. What everyone did NOT know about was that the costs would balloon as much as the revenues. Sorry, but I don't believe that those "costs were already there." To me, it's more like empire building.  Those costs are a product of accummulated purchases which should have been rationalized long before the OB purchase. Do you know how much the in house ...more

Stocknbonds wrote "On a related note, massive short selling occurs with weak stocks deserve to be beaten down. When was the last time you saw a high flyer firm get shorted on a large scale? NYX is at this price level as the market/investors do not have confidence in management." AGREE.   the shorters opportunity has already passed and they made out well

I never did imply shorting NYX at these levels.  NYX can indeed skyrocket if it can get its financials in order. I don't discount that fact, hence still a shareholder. What I did suggest is that NYX was a good target to short as it was overvalued in the 3-4 area. With much dilution, increasing debt and increasing costs matching revenues it was an obvious target.  I think we can all ...more
