I only have 3,000 but I'm in. Management in public companies like to ram their agenda through without interference so any vocal shareholders or group of shareholders is a threat to them even when they know they have the votes. I am not sure 100% but minority shareholder have rights and can even have a Special meeting called, say to vote to have the Board replace Davey...that might get some attention.
