RE:RE:RE:2.37 arb getting mighty tight

RE:RE:RE:2.37 arb getting mighty tightI wish they'd pull their offer. NYX would get a nice break-up fee.
The night of the announced takeover, I listened to the last CC for SG as I wanted to see what they were all about.

I was not impressed with their pipeline of products. They have a very good installed base for their brick and mortar products. Their lottery division is huge both with global states and individual US states. Their online presence is very small.  They needed NYX more than NYX needs SG. Analysts called in from BoA and JP Morgan. They asked about growth in their pipelines. Well......... looks like NYX will be their growth. They can cross sell NYX products to the B&M partners. Also, the online portion itself is growing Q/Q.

I still see no need to sell unless as many here have stated that the next quarter may be bad. PErsonally, I saw no indication of this. Then again, the costs may have been so bloated that they were out of control. We'll wait until November to see as closing is early next year.

I'm still a shareholder hoping for a white knight. That's only for a few more days. After that, I'll still maintain a presence in TSGI and ITX. Also, I'm looking at SG as well. I like the NYX division. Watch SG start carving out that fat !! SG's rating has been downgraded by Moody's. Watch how they start cutting NYX fat jobs to maintian their debt rating. Bye bye NYX HR, fat cat lawyer etc.

Good luck folks,

sb
