Hey SB

Agree that LAB did not have much going for it, and their legacy business was a house of cards. However, I do like the company that they just bought, (which is now essentially 100% of the company). Diwip should have been snapped up by a NYX. Just think that with LAB tanking so much it could be snapped up here on the cheap strictly for Diwip (esp. now that Vast Studios will focus only on them) Would not buy Lab as an investment but as a take-out, they are interesting.

I checked out lab last night after you mentioned. Seems they are hurtin financially. I see them selling out. When I first did some DD, I was not aware of the decline in revenues. Even after he Diwip deal, they had declining revenues. The firm stated they were concentrating solely on mobile but that is a smokescreen. If you see revenues fall as they did, it's a sign to get out. I did at a loss. ...more

I was thinking Diwip mostly for their extensive portfolio of games. CNS does have a very nice Sports Betting Platform. CNS needs scale in the worst way, and is dirt cheap right now. A tie-up with NYX would make the most sense. They could probably be had with a small combination of debt and shares. In fact, they could sell only the Sports Division to NYX, and the Lottery Division to Pollard or ...more
