The importance of a CEO'S integrity, leadership and courage

Fellow investors,

The last week show us the importance of a CEO and the importance of your due diligence on him. We are, in my humble opinion, in  great hands as shareholder.

Here is a resume of him :

Mr. Davey received a Bachelor of Engineering (not a drop out from high school) from Northern Territory University, Australia, and has been certified by the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian Institute of Managers. Davey joined NextGen in 2000 as the VP of Technology, was appointed to Executive Director in 2003, and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Mr. Davey has over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, having worked in both the private and public sectors as a gaming regulator as well as a consultant and gaming industry executive. Mr. Davey’s core competencies include regulatory compliance, sales and marketing, international relations, and corporate strategy and governance.

Here is some video on who he is and what he wants to do with NYX
