The Balls in Your Court Matt Davey...

This week will be a telling one for NYX, they are the last gaming stock to report Q1 numbers and all other industry names looked good. It's time to put the acquisition and the OnGame losses behind it and start generating positive EBITDA growth and restore street confidence in the story. If there is any progress on a TSX or LSE listing I would be cool with that too.

OnGame losses will still be a part of Q1 numbers. The sale took place March 31 if I recall correctly. Also, don't know when OpenBet revenues start accruing to nyx. After close of deal (this week) ? I've heard mixed messages. I would be surprised if we're at positive EBITDA for Q1.  Q2 will be huge and will certainly bring positive cash flow. Also, this summer is the Euro Cup. Big ...more

The revenues would not be included as of last Sept as those would have shown up in the Q4 and FY 2015 numbers. The Q1 numbers may still have revenues included if the revenues would begin after Dec 31. The last CC, a poster mentioned he heard Davey say ...more

On the last CC (Q42015 and year end), a member of the investment community (Mackie) clearly ask when Open bet will be accretive to earnings. Matt Davey responded on the closing date, which he estimated in late may.  So no more ambiguity with that.  GLTA

Nope, no ambiguity.  i listened to most of the last CC but not all. thank you for the clarification. We'll get approximately a month and a week out of OpenBet for Q2 then.  Two more days until earnings! sb
