Response from CEO Matt

Thought I'd post it...for whatever it's worth

Hi ****

The business is doing great. We delivered record numbers last quarter. Clearly we are in transition as we fully integrate the recently acquired OpenBet business. This will take us a full 12 months to bed in everything, however I couldn't be more comfortable with the strategy and our position in the industry.

The market seems to want to see greater ebitda and free cash flow, these will come over time. I'm told there has been substantial tax loss selling, however that's only speculation. There is certainly a lot of volatility despite the improvement in liquidity.

We are holding off on the TSX listing until we have fully revamped our finance department under our new ground CFO.

Cheers,
Matt

No problem. He's very confident and comfortable with the business and also buying shares at this price. I'm not selling nothing.

It's obvious about the tax loss selling. There's not many stocks that are down this like this so this is the poster child to take advantage of a loss vs your gains. No many stepping in knowing this and are waiting untill it's over. And obviously will be buying at a very cheap price going foward.
