I agree.  Shareholders actually hold a fair bit of power here.  Supply and Demand.  If Scientific really wants to get to 50.1%, shares could go for much higher than $2.40. GLTA

uograd- 100% correct. This is undervalued at 2.40. NYX has the best sportsbetting backend in the industry. SG got this for a song. Hopefully this sells for much more than 2.40. I'm hoping WH come in with an offer. Perhaps even partner with TSGI ? They require a better sportsbook on their end. Makes perfect sense. A WH/TSGI merger makes perfect sense with a great prize like NYX.  Davey
