Just curious Shelby but I see on the AEG presentation that AEG has a 3% nsr on Kuta Ridge. This would imply that Kuta Ridge has been sold off/given to a third party. I miss a lot but I can't find any record of Kuta Ridge being sold off/given away other than the reference to the 3% nsr. Anybody else know? I see that Barrick has almost reached an agreement with the gov't of Papua-New Guinea

As we know, in the Oredays presentation on Jan 22, he said that the spin out of AEG was scheduled to occur in march 2021 This is what has kept a lot of us waiting ... holding on to the belief that Steven would show his management ability to deliver as promised. I didn't call him either and i have been ranting plenty about lack of follow up on what was indicated as future progress, regarding drilling. I mean financing was taken for that specific purpose so... Anyway, shareholders shouldn't have to keep boards in check with calls to the CEO or, designated numbres, we all should be able to interpret and trust the news release that should be out for

Considering the dividend is worth $0.005/share ORX, I'm wondering why this is so upsetting to you? Sure, it's worth ~5.5%, but these aren't the types of gains that are reasonable to wait for in junior mining companies.  This spin out is quite literally at the bottom of the list in terms of value-driving events we are waiting for from ORX.

Jfan..yes, i was expressing the frustration of the reaction of the market to the KL deal in general and the lack of visible foreward progress in particular. As you know we have been waiting for drill results to be announced for such a long time now as i have been holding high hopes on the Porphyry Lake target because that could be a game changer for ORX imo.. if results were good and a new orebody

Too many outstanding shares for an exploration company. It's not wonder if the SP doesn't rise substantially with good news. Too many sellers will dump every time to make little profits.
