how this mgt group operates as the operator. If KL for whatever reason is not happy on how they perform then they will step in through legal means to remove them from being the operator.

This is Stephen's opportunity to show the market he can be successful and be a major player in this sector. Thats right, just maybe he will be able to erase the debacle at XMET that left many with a bad taste in their mouth. However lets not get ahead of ourselves because their is much work needed. The stock price at this level is very disappointing after it reach 25 cents in a raging gold bull market after the last drill results. So far nothing further on the drill assay results.

Sure, KL is watching and so is Eric Sprott. As far as something further coming on the drill assay results, it seems as if that's all she wrote (for phase one and phase two doesn't start until Q3). The news report says that all assays from phase one drilling have been received, so I guess that's it. They then skip to discussing their future plans for Tyranite. It just seems to me that
