just yesterday
i was thinking what could OCI do to help the SP? and obviously it was to reduce shares outstanding! and bam here it is. 10% but it is something.

If they sold half of ARIC(say,around 3MM) buy back 10% here for say 1.5M. Good move for HIM. For the little guy, this play will still have a big share count. Just me.

no hurry. OCI owns 8,333,332 common shares of ARIC as well as 4,166,666 warrants exercisable at 20 cents. that's pretty much 70% of the current MC without AE, QCCU, & the rest.

If OCI doing share buy back they need to do it before drilling as it should take off with good results
