Probably better than GGA Shares... ...because it is debatable if Goldgroup will ever permit their Caballo Blanco mine on the Gulf Coast that has strong community resistance. All of us here understand that Cerro Prieto is pretty simple in terms of mines so this isn't a bad way to sell Prieto for 100% cash, although it will take us a few years to see all of it.
Only downside is that with no Cerro Prieto to backstop the valuation, it is make-or-break on Xochipala. With a former artisinal mine on the property there is definietly gold, it is just a question of how much.
