RE:RE:Xochipala legal challenge explained. Not sure if you actually read any post below. X is still formerly registered with Oroco's sub MX with the PRM. That didn't change despite the Amparo hearings.
Even if X somehow dissapeared, shareholders could just rally to cut back on G&A and distribute GoldGroup CP comensation as dividends as majority of royalties and payments come in over next three years. This might make sense as the market won't give us much value for the income stream unless Oroco sold to royalty company or commits to distrituting proceeds and winding up. My analysis from a couple posts below show a reasonable equity value of $.17/share for Oroco from Goldgroup compensation with only assumption that POG >$1500 so Goldgroup incentivized to pay in cash rather than shares for Promissory Notes.
I didn't factor in head office G&A, TSXV fees and audit fees so let's say an equity value of $.15 afterwards.
Something to think about for all of us underwater.
If Cayden has a decent discovery over next year, Newstrike finds another prospective open pit in their Aurea Norte exploration and starts acting like the next Torex, people will connect the dots with Oroco, but only if the third party issue is put aside for good.
Sit tight and remember that every intrusion in the GGB has resulted in the discovery of a mine or to-be-mine.
