I'm trying to get my head around the debt situtiaon with Goldgroup. We don't recieve any monies until they pay back thier loans? But we could get around 16 million Goldgroup shares in lieu of cash.

They potentially have enough money to last a couple of years, or more, depending on the Goldgroup situtaion.

As for the cores the courts say the property has belonged to OCO since 2008 so that would precede any deals Goldcorp could have made; as they were drilling in 2011 and 2012. From what I can understand Goldcorp has at the very least information that belongs to OCO. I can't see anyway that OCO and G could do anykind of JV or buy out without G giving OCO that information so that they can do proper dd. It is possilbe that OCO could run afoul of shareholders rights if they were to do so. I know I'd have a problem with it.
