Insider "Buys"To answer your question, they are not "buys" as in the open market, but rather restatements of share ownership for the insiders of the company who were recipients of shares from the Alturmura deal. Graig, Rose, and I believe Graigs wife were shareholders in Alturmura, so when Oroco exercises its option through the issuance of shares, those shares must be reported as being held. This has been detailed since day one in the sedar filings as what's going to happen. It's all good in my book. I like to see management with skin in the game. Here, between these three, I believe they control upwards 35 million shares, or enough to block any kind of aggressive backdoor deal somebody might try to make to steal the company out from under. Craig and crew are deserving to have put themselves into this position. This effort has been going on for the last 4-5 years, freeing this up, with the understanding that they'll be a reward in the end. We're now getting clarity with some work left to do, bringing in the right people to help this effort from both a technical and financial view. We as retail investors should be thrilled that we hitched our wagon to this effort, and in turn will benifit greatly.
