For the record.  I sold everything I had at 2.10 that I've owned since $0.78.  Only because I knew what was coming.  So technically I screwed the retail guys as well.  Sorry fellas.

I think what he meant was that if you bought and sold stock based on unreleased insider information, that would be a crime (at least in the US).

my personal opinion is that raising funds 100% below market value while no one knows.... might be criminal.  If it's not it should be. In my opion.

Exactly that is what  Chuburashka just admitted to.. he bought and sold his entire position at 2.10 using information he had! CRIME
