at the expense of retail shareholders.Don't look for this to be the last one in my opinion.

I disagree. It was done without any discount to the price on the open market, so the only benefit was half the warrant that is underwater. And I know for a fact the PP was made available to any large accredited investors.

It got driven down to this price because that is what they wanted to price the PP

Who is "they", the company? That makes no sense. It sounds like you are implying insider trading which is punishable by law. Plus, a raise with such shenanigans wouldn't get approved by the exchange. Olease, don't spread misinformation unless you have strong evidence. The price got driven down because several small "retail" investors were selling on the side to buy PP ...more

To clarify, I meant insider trading is punishable by law (obviously, not the act of implying it).
