probably a day trader making a buck on the half penny fluctuating.  there's no other reason to invest in this company that has been slowly dwindling into oblivion

either someone is desperate to sell or its just fishy trading going on... the seller has same amount of shares to sell 437000 @.025 & the buyer is again in around 3.98 million... whats going on?? ...more

Does anyone know why OEE's market cap is under $3 million?  Seems very low. I thought Internet of Things was a big thing for the present and in the future.  Any feedback will be great.
