Price to book and price to tangible book

Price to book and price to tangible bookThe latest news item makes me really sad. It is like using one credit card to pay the balance on another.... Issuing shares to pay interest on a debt. It will buy some time but not for very long. There was a hint in some past news release that there were various options being considered by Memex and that from those being put forth... None were a starter. So I suspect there are possibly a buyout or a merger in the offing. I personnaly have sadly written off Memex. But I have not sold my shares. I have some remaining confort in seeing that each share is worth $0.60 from a book value standpoint... So who knows what may happen. I do believe in the technology they have developed. Amazing to be able to deliver 30%+++ improvement in a production setting for something that has a payback period of less than 6 months.. Where things have gone wrong may become a noteworthy case study in entrepreneurship
My two cents worth
Good luck to all
