u have a valid point...technically the stock has shown some stability around .025...
if you look out everyday at the buyer and seller sections u will note that the amount of shares on the BID side is almost same around 5 million shares @.02 and on selling side its around 4.57 million @.025.
it looks like same person or trader is playing of on this stock... but a quick surge like earlier is inevitable... thats what the trend shows...
its kind of sad to see it... but that's u know how the market works..
at least the good news in the company is that their backlog is about to increase once the border opens from south....
