Factors That I Like
Being exploation stage company, there is nothing much by way of drill results or other exploration info for analysis use. I take it as a lottery ticket but have use the following factors hopefully to stack up the winning odds. These are the main factors I like:
1) Very prospective camp-size large land packages. The geological merits of the land are commentable and there seem to be 50-60 government-documented and registered gold occurrences in each of the 2 land packages(seems to be gold everywhere?!). Took them 3 years and if I am not wrong, $12 million to assemble the 2 land packages.
2) Both the 2 land packages are near and/or between operating and past operating mines that dug out gold with an average 5-6g/ton concentration( anything from 4g/t upwards is considered high grade)
3) Alamos took up 19.9% while O3 took up 7.9%. Both have the right to install one director to the board and they had done so respectively
4) Management holds about 20%-25%( they have skin in the game so to speak)
5) CEO is a P Geo and they had formed a strategic alliance with GoldSpot to apply their proprietory artificial intellegence(AI) capabilities in their exploration work (meaning modern and perhaps state of the art scientific technics will be called upon to bear on the explaration effort)
6) Price has not bolted out yet
7) The properties are in Canada, the best and safest of jurisdictions
8) Both the land packages have good infrastructure and accessibility
