Denain-Pershing Property

O3 Mining earned a 80% interest in Renforth Resource's Denain-Pershing property by acquiring the Canadian assets of Chalice Gold Mines in 2019.  The Denain-Pershing property has historic elevated gold assays. Most recent drill results showed 145 g/t Au.

A joint venture with Renforth Resources will follow.
