Buy rating with a $3.60 target............
means the AZX shareholders got raped in the deal. The price was $3.88 then and OIII has pushed it further along to a lower share price. Hmmmmmmm something smells rotten and it was the AZX DEAL.

it was my mistake for assuming that buying a stock right before a buyout (which i guessed correctly pretty well) would always turn out to be a positive thing. Turns out that the bod can always be bribed to lie to and screw the shareholders
