The community of Fort Simpson is located approximately 15 kilometers (kms) from the HOAM property in the south and the village of Deline is located about 20 kms from the project area in the north. It also holds 50% interest in the Seahorse Project located in Canada’s Northwest Territories.

I think this is indeed the most meaningful point. She won't throw personal money after it if she doesn't believe in OLV.
It's a bit like what they say about insiders buying and selling. 101 reasons to find why they sell but only 1 reason for buying, they think the shareprice is set to rise.

Anyway, $0.02 is a very good price seen the latest quotations.
