It also holds 50% interest in the Seahorse Project located in Canada’s Northwest Territories.

You have provided excellent insight in laying out possible scenarios. THe HOAM is fairly desolate but it is huge. I think the bigger obstacles might been be enviromental and logistical. i.e., protecting indigenous species and providing transportation infra-structure. Still, the HOAM has enormous potential. Who would not love to have the rights to this land given how the world landscape has changed in the past decade. Good work!
