I have had the same thought as you regardig the 9 cent price. It has been 3 years. It is a an astute observation. The problem is that I do not see any news or source of momentum to support higher valuations.
OLV.V and its stock is followed very closely by a lot of investors. Interest has always been extraordinarily high. Any piece of news is quickly scooped up and the word gets out fast. If there was a new piece of news that was solidly positive (and I am not talking about one macro diamond found on the beach) this stock would soar a lot higher than 9 cents. Therefore, even though this is a 3-year high, I can't give much credence to the current price. It's not the type of price that's making anyone richer or even bettter off.
Still waiting on further sample analysis.
