Thoughts

ThoughtsI look at the market cap of Osisko and compare it to the market cap of Eldorado Gold and shake my head.  Eldorado is an excellent company with a market cap of $2.7billion and total cash cost per ounce of $313 for the third quarter.  Production this year will be around 300,000 ounces.  Osisko has market cap just north of $400 million with projected production of 750,000-800,000 ounces per year with cash cost around $300.  No wonder the rumour mill on Bay Street this summer was talking about $1.8 billion takeover price for Osisko.  If management can get the required financing and I have no doubt they will the closer we get to production the better the market cap will mirror that of an Eldorado.
