IMO, for the small investor, a bad deal to fend off a bad deal ... ... in the mean time, a well bundeled deal for some, a deal that saves the positions of the big guys at OSK and creats new ones for ... (?) Politics are kept in the mix . Lawyers made and are making a kiling with this manouvering ... ... look at the break up fees and to the numbers mentioned, Expenses(in one month or two) and this is for one side only !!!
