RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:OBM on my radarSo I've been looking at OBM for a while now since it showed up in a conversation on another Bullboard. I like the projects, region and managment, but have a couple observations & a request.
Part of my research is looking at insider ownership. I found a report on my trading platform that shows ownership and insider trades.
A) It looks like part of the drop in prices is due to Southern Arc (2.5M shares) slowly divesting part of their position on the open market.
B) It looks like the Executive & Directorship really don't own many shares (mostly just stock options and minimal share ownership). Can anyone confirm how much of a ownership stake managment has in the company? I can't seem to find more information.
Major ownership seems to be concentrated in Southern Arc, Dundee, and Osisko Mining Royalties. Any help or pointers on this part of my research would be greatly appreciated.
