RE:RE:Warrants - Why are they trading for more then the stock?The exercise price is not the same as the market price. The market price is currently $2.10. It was $1.70 on May 2. The question people are interested in is whether you can make more money by holding warrants or shares. The answer is that it is mathematically impossible for the warrants to outperform the shares at current prices. This gives rise to the obvious question of why anyone is buying shares at the present time. As I type, there is a bid for 100,000 trading warrants at $0.10 (i.e., $2.00 for the privilege of buying a share for $3.00). This is an example of an irrational market.
