KL - no OSK takeover in 2019

KL - no OSK takeover in 2019KL recently discussed their plans for the next 12-24 months :

-  Although they certainly don't mention all details, it sheds light on where they're leaning.

-  In short, it seems clear they won't be making a takeover move on OSK in 2019. Their financial commitments & energy seem focused on advancing what they already have, and in a major way. It seems highly unlikely they would risk the instability of a major takeover when they already have so much on their plate for the next year (or two)

-  In fact, it's looking more like the OSK investment was indeed that ; an investment... They already have capital at work in Urban Barry, and the low-price was perhaps an agreement with OSK to invest with low-risk over the next 12-24 months (almost guaranteed profits) while providing OSK with a poison-pill against a hostile bid during that period.

If anyone wants to argue this view, feel free... but come prepared.
