$ 250K of which is $ 5k for exploration and $ 245K for salaries .For those who have not followed this company as lond as I have,the last financing was for $ 4,034,000 on August 14th.2017 16,740,502 shares at $ c 0.241 plus one wt. for every 2 shares ,good until August 14th.2020
excercise at $ C 0.337.Before that on the 15th.of August 2011 - 12,501,100 shares = $ ( US )
13.5 Million. under then Pres.David Fowler.This company has burned through a lot of money and has nothing to show for.Management keeps milking the treasurie for there own benefit.Why is anybody giving them more money.Don't they do any DD.?If they keep this up there will soon be 200 Million shares outsatanding.We call people like that paperhangers.Mangement must be changed to somebody who cares about the shareholders.
