160 Million shares out fully dilluted, 51 million market cap
After this latest highly dilutive PP (added 30 million more shares fully diluted), the fully diluted sharecount is 160 million. At 0.32 cad/share the market cap is 51 million cad. Not cheap, considering OMM is explorer with no hits, with an uncertain at best underground situation. Also no big names on either management or investor side attached.
Since management has shown their willingness to dilute the hell out of shareholders (they can partake in attractive PP offerings after all), I could see the sharecount rising a lot from here.
