RE:Settlement of Arbitration Claim Resignation of CEO

RE:Settlement of Arbitration Claim Resignation of CEOGood question. This sure is a strange one. Basically all public info about this company points toward it being done. Why it trades at all is hard to figure (ie. for every seller there is a buyer) Does anyone have any theories or speculation? Does anyone even still hold shares in this company? (there certainly has been enough bad news to get people to dump what they had for whatever little they can still get) Based on the number of posts to this BB looks like about 3 left :-) Why would anyone even bother to resign with what would seem to be like less than a week to go before the company is defunct? I guess we should know more after the meeting next Wednesday? Or maybe not. Very weird.
