There is a company called Captiva Verde (VEG) that was actively growing greens for the organic produce market in Cali, like many others the stock was supposed to go to the moon :-) ya right, anyway, they overextended themselves, got into big debt and folded. However the shell was reused and is in the process of starting again 'with a brand new plan'. The 'qualifying transaction' to get it going again is a deal that came from another co (GRB) that it had in it before that didn't do anything (650 residential lots in Tehachapi)
So, point is, maybe they will vend in another deal to ON or as you say someone may buy it out. All of which lets it come back to play another day (well maybe) Better than naught. I still think the principals have some scheme where no doubt it will be profitable for....usually is. Time will tell.
