Is what do they have in their plans that requires funding. (Besides the big 3 salary Blues)

They don't spend on marketing.  They have 2 or 3 "partners" who do the "selling" for them  Only other use might be legal fees related to getting the patent approved.

who does the technical support for the imintouch in Hitachi? maybe the increase in demand for that product forced them to provide more technical support which meant they needed to hire more techs?
