Is Optimum preparing a $2.3 million program for Harry?

So according to Optimum's MD&A, they must complete almost $2.3 million in flow-through based expendiures before the end of 2022.  Given they only have one Cdn property, I assume this means it will all be spent on the Harry project?

Anyone with ears to the ground?


From the MD&A: 

"To March 31, 2022, the Company had incurred $50,338 of eligible flow-through expenditures. The Company is required to incur an additional $2,269,662 of flow-through expenditures by December 31, 2022."
