Upstreamonline Report - April 14-2012

Upstreamonline Report - April 14-2012

There is a publication from Upstreamonline that states on April 14-2012: "Repsol reached the 3,000 meter mark, which would put the proble close to the half-way mark."

Recall, Jaguar spud before Eagle.  Moreover, it seems Eagle is drilling down-dip relative to Jaguar (see CGX April 2012 presentation, slide 8).

According to CGX's 2007 Presentation the Abary-1 well started to flow 3,360 barrels of fluid per day at a depth of 3,990 meters.  In CGX's December 2009 presentation - it states the Abary-1 encountered Maastrichtian oil at 4,075 meters.

Seems we still have some way to go before either well even reaches the Maastrichtian prospective zones...
