RE: CGX Web Site

RE: CGX Web Site

kaosblues - CGX's stock price is .37 - the lowest it has been in 3 years.  The present market cap. is 120M.  In my opinion, the guillotine came out of storage last week and has already severed CGX's valuation by more than 2/3.  I don't know, you tell me, does a 70% drop in the share price (in one day) warrant a "cautious approach"?

The majority of the representatives on the CGX board, in my opinion, need to move on.  I believe the CGX board should comprise of individuals that are more qualified and representative of the current shareholder base.

I am sure the current chairman of the board at CGX is a great guy - he seems nice.  But, he is not qualified to be in that position.  He has no expertise in the oilfiled or giving guidance on strategic business decisions - he is a university teacher.
