CGX - UPCOMING CATALYSTS

CGX - UPCOMING CATALYSTSThere are several catalysts coming up CGX shareholders look forward to.

1.  Demerara Block 3D Seismic Results and Portfolio of Propects / Leads.  If you look at the size the 'toe thrust' lead - per the May 2015 CGX Presentation - it looks pretty material.  At this time, nothing has been released on the Demerara Block in relation to the number and size of each prospect.   Perhaps JV partners are waiting for the Demerara seismic results....

2.  Exxon's Liza Discovery and Inpex's Suriname Well (Dry).  There is a strong liklihood that the dry well announced by Inpex in Suriname and (more importantly) the Liza discovery announced by Exxon has influenced CGX's well prioritization (along with interested JV parties).

For example, looking at the May 2015 CGX Presentation (Corentyne Block on slide 6) - there may be more interest from interested JV parties to drill the 'Northern Turonian Fan Complex' where 3D seismic has been partially shot. I would imagine this prospect would be more in line with Exxon's Liza discovery than Kabukalli....
